Every 90 days we treat the whole property: the perimeter, foundation, eaves, overhangs and any problem spots in the yard. If pests come back between visits, you call and we come back. No extra charge.
Pests we cover: ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, and wasps around the structure. Fire ants, mosquitoes and rodents are separate services built for those specific problems.
Most pest control products break down in 60 to 90 days, especially in Louisiana's heat and humidity. A quarterly schedule keeps the protective barrier active all year. One treatment in the spring doesn't hold through July.
Most of our quarterly customers start after a one-time treatment and realize the problem keeps coming back every season. The plan usually costs less over a year than two or three separate one-time calls.

We return four times a year to keep the barrier active. You'll get a heads-up before each visit and can reschedule if the timing doesn't work.
If you see pests between scheduled visits, call us. We'll come back at no charge within our normal service area.
